On August 15th, in Hanoi, Brand Finance – a world-leading organization in brand valuation – officially announced the list of the Top 100 Most Valuable Brands in Vietnam for 2023.
According to the released table, GELEX holds a brand value of 96 million USD, with a brand rating of BBB. The Brand Strength Index, evaluated by Brand Finance, scored 47 points, positioning GELEX at the 50th spot out of the 100 Most Valuable Brands in Vietnam for 2023.
Additionally, the 2023 Top 100 Most Valuable Brands in Vietnam also includes the presence of Viglacera – a subsidiary of the GELEX Group. Viglacera holds a brand value of 64 million USD and ranks 63rd out of the 100 Most Valuable Brands in Vietnam for 2023.
According to Brand Finance, the evaluation and ranking of the 2023 Top 100 Most Valuable Brands in Vietnam are based on the actual business performance of enterprises, with key pillars being Brand Strength Index, brand impact in the industry, business results, and future growth forecasts.
Beyond brand valuation, Brand Finance also assesses the relative strength of brands through a balanced scorecard comprising figures evaluating investment activities, shareholder equity, business efficiency, and compliance with ISO 20671.
